A Grab & Go Garland is a pre-made garland that’s ready for you to install. You’ll pick it up from us in Sandy Springs, which allows us to offer it at a lower price — perfect for celebrations on a budget! We also offer an install kit, which includes everything you need to hang your garland like a pro, along with a video tutorial.

We’re based in Atlanta and happily serve the surrounding areas. Delivery and installation pricing is based on both the size of the job and the distance traveled. We’re also always open to traveling for your event needs!

All deposits are non-refundable. In the case of an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule to another date within the same calendar year.

Our preferred forms of payment are Venmo, check, or cash — these options are the easiest for us to process! We also accept credit card payments; however, please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions, and all credit card payments must be paid in full.

You can secure your event date by making a deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the remainder of your balance.

Yes, we have a variety of backdrops available for rent. We can share options with you based on your theme, colors, and budget to help you find the perfect fit for your event.

Absolutely! We can handle signage and other add-ons for your event. However, since most of these come from third-party vendors, if your event is less than a week and a half away, we cannot guarantee that signage or additional add-ons will arrive in time. For events within that timeframe, we recommend ordering any additions directly. If you choose to order through us, please note that payment is non-refundable unless we’re able to return the items to the vendor and receive a refund.

We hang garlands in various ways depending on the surface they are being attached to. We always do our best to ensure no damage occurs; however, Pop Your Party ATL cannot be held responsible for any surface damage that may occur during installation or removal.

Both options are great; it truly depends on what you’re looking for! Our Grab & Go Garlands are priced per square foot and are thinner, making them a fantastic choice for smaller displays. These can be delivered for an additional fee.

On the other hand, our Grand Garlands are just that—GRAND! They are incredibly full and perfect for making a statement. The price includes both delivery and installation, so everything is taken care of!

Yes, we always recommend installation since we are professionals and can adjust anything on-site as needed. If installation doesn't work for you, we highly recommend using our installation kit. For an additional $20, this kit includes everything you need to install your Grab & Go Garland, including a video tutorial from Jordan herself and the 'Do's and Don'ts' of balloons!
